We need to store and process your data if you make an enquiry or place an order with us, this allows us provide photography services requested from you. These details will include your name, contact details and relevant information to required for your enquiry; in order for us to exchange information regarding your inquiry and future services supplied. We also need to store your details for tax and insurance purposes.
How long will we keep your data?
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. It may necessary to keep your personal details for up to 7 years after using my services. After this date your data will be deleted and destroyed.
Who has access to your data?
Karen Massey is responsible for managing and accessing your personal data stored. This may be stored either on a password locked computer or a hard written file copy, securely stored.
Some of the services we use will also store a copy of your data. For example, our website and email provider at FastHost.com and any providers they use to provide their services. Our website is used to write regular blogs and post images, however this does not contain any personal information. It is purely a form of marketing in order to be seen by future clients who may use our photography services in the future.
