Yes, Karen Massey Photography is fully insured with Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance and more than happy to provide details on booking my services.

What is included in your event photography services?

My event photography services are tailored to suit your specific needs as every event is unique to you. Typically, coverage will include, detailed consultation before the event, high-resolution digital images, post-production editing, and online gallery delivery for easy viewing and sharing.

Additional services such as prints, magazines, and additional editing are also available upon request and at additional cost.

How do you approach capturing the essence of our event or brand in your photography?

I approach each project with careful attention to detail and a focus on understanding your event or brand’s unique story and identity. By collaborating closely with you and your team, I ensure that my photography aligns perfectly with your vision and goals.

Can you accommodate special requests or specific shot lists?

Absolutely. I understand that every client and event is unique, and I am more than happy to accommodate any special requests or specific shot lists you may have.

How long until my images are ready?

I understand a timely delivery of your event photos is crucial for sharing them with a press release, and attendees, promoting your event, or using them for marketing purposes.

With this in mind, I will work with you to aim for a 24/48 hour turnaround.

 

How do you handle image rights and usage?

The usage rights for the images are typically outlined in our contract agreement. I offer flexible licensing options to ensure that you have the appropriate rights to use the photographs according to your needs.

 

Do you provide online purchase for delegates/attendees?

Indeed I do, I make this very easy through an online gallery if required. This will then be shared with you to forward to any attendees of the event. I have a very simple payment system in place should any images with to be purchased.
